brand: stinger
condition: used
ultra low esr: <0.00175 ohms. -10% to +10% tolerance

this is a capacitor i was looking at on ebay and  this discription caugt my eye. 

what does    esr    mean???   i hate not knowing somthing!

EQUIVALENT SERIES RESISTANCE  which refers to the internal resistance of the cap... the lower the resistance the less heat generation within the cap itself....

And the faster it will discharge and recharge itself I think.
