hello, i put a koss cd player in for a guy the other day (i know...but it was cheap he said)  bu now when he's driving along and hits a bump the sound drops then comes back. it's not every bump, but there's not change in the screen or other signs that the power is being lost to the unit. and it's just running a pair of kenwood 6x9" speakers wireed right off the deck, no amps or other factory items. anyone have any ideas? the deck is also like 1 month old.

Does this happen on CD , tuner or both?
