Guys,
I just found the website that sells the adapters to connect car stereo to PC. www.indashpc.org
I am in the process of building Car PC, but I also have the laptop that I may connect to the stereo.
Those guys clame that the sound quality is very good.
What do you think about that?

What kind of hu do you have, and what are you using for a computer? I dont see what you would need that adapter for. Most aftermarket hus have a line in, and some (like my eclipse 8053) have digital coax. I am assuming you are going to build a system based off the Via Epia and if I remember right you can get an epia with integrated sound. I would be more worried about finding a good dc powersupply for your carputer.

Lucky you...
I have my Jetta 2001 with stock stereo in it. And no AUX :(
I think to use M1-ATX to supply EPIA mobo, M10000 may be. I want music so far but look into Sirius or XM (not sure).
I might go for AUX adapter ~$80 but then how would I control my music ? Some kind of remote ?

Yea a remote would be alright, but they also have din kits and wired remotes that you can use. I decided against a carputer, just because I am already getting a little caried away and I could easily sink a grand or two after lcds and such.
