Can you have the amp give more power INTO the headunit instead of having it go from the head unit to the amp and then to the speakers? If so, How would I wire that?

Thanks

the headunit itself has an internal amp but i doubt u can make it play louder through the headunit but i have seen someone who bridged 2 ch of the headunit into 1- 4ohm speaker and the other 2 ch. to another 4ohm speaker but thats about it...an external amp will give more power than the headunit ever will. unless it is a high RMS headunit like the pioneer p80mp
