Does anybody know what the yellow/balck and GREEN / WHITE wires in the back of a 2003 galant's radio deck are?

GREEN / WHITE

radio harness

dont know about the other color.....could be steering wheel controls

Thanks for the help. I had no idea what that GREEN / WHITE wire was used for.
