Does anyone else find it odd that the two amps are almost exactly the same size, yet one produces double the power?

Dani, the internals are totally different. The highest cost associated to an amplifier is actually in the heatsink. Aluminum = $$$$$. If the case can be kept the same standard size and is still able to dissipate the same amount of thermal energy, then there is no need for a larger case and the more real estate it takes up in the vehicle. I originally found this odd as well, but the ones that we have sold have had zero failures. I have a friend here in town that I can bring over to show you when you come up island on Friday. He has had the older version in his Ranger for 4 years now. And yes, I am everywhere, hehe.

Haha, damn, I just can't get away :p Yeah, I saw the specs on the dimensions and did a bit of a double take.  That plus the fact that there was absolutely no information on Concept's website on the 2410 made me wonder a little.  Thanks for the info though! PS, I need that estimate, and I'm thinking of doing some cheap front coax speakers, just so that I'm not listening to stock garbage.  EMail me back :)

IIRC, the CD120 has 100 amps of fusing and the CD2410 has 160. E-mail coming. I'm working alone today so I'm a little busy as well. Lunch time for me = helping the occasional person on the forums.
