My dog stepped on my 10" JL W0 and inverted the dustcap.  Does anyone kknow of a way to get it back out. I know it will still work, it is just ugly.

Use a vacuum I have used a shop vacuum . I just kink the hose to control the amount of suction then give it just enough to pull the cap back out. But I have to worn you be very careful if you suck to hard you will permanently damage the cap.

works good,  but how hard is it to pull out with the saftey pin?

Thanks for the replies.  I ended up using a Mity Vac handheld vacuum pump for bleeding brakes.  I used a suction cup attachment,  pulled a vacuum, and then pulled on the suction cup, popped right out.  Now to hurry and make that expanded mesh grille.
