i only get ground noise/whining when i have the air conditioner on. it is somewhat faint when i just have the A/C on...but it is absolutely unbearable when i turn the rear defrost on! What does this mean?

I have found the rca's to be the problem, run them threw the center of the car without hiding it and see if the sound goes away, I on the other hand I have a crakling noise in the drivers side door speaker only when the door is open, not any other time
