I have a 1999 Camry LE. I installed a OEM CD player from an 02 Tacoma. Everything works great. However, I would like to change the illumination color to green instead of orange. Is this possible?

in short.....NO

If your at all compfortable with ripping appart electronics....dive in, Look for the LED's that give the display its color, un, or de solder them and replace with the color of your choice. If there are no LED's.....your out of luck LCD cannot be changed
