Hi i am trying to run a fosgate amp and 10" jl audio sub off the stock radio. I used a line out converter behind the radio off the rear speakers and i get a low pitched loud whine through the sub. I tried a aftermarket stereo and everything was fine no whine. cant figure it out. I tried hooking up a EQ no diffrence. Should the rca from the amp to the deck have a ground. The eq wasnt grounded and still worked. When i unplugged the rca's from the amp the eq turned off. i just want to run the amp and sub off the factory deck any help please........
