Does anyone know how to fix the Kenwood Mask series HU. I think my ribbon might have went bad since nothing works on the radio anymore.

These decks were notorious for ribbon cable failings, notice Kenwood doesn't make them anymore. Call Kenwood, bitch and moan about the failure rate and chances are they will fix it for free even if it's out of warranty.

if it's one of the newer models you can have it fixed and running in less than an hour; with a few screws and a small bit of soldering. If you've got the older ones (before the D-Mask+) then you've got a much shorter repair. I'd agree with tcss, but if they should refuse to have it repaired; I know there are many people here that have done this repair; I've done dozens myself.
