I have a Power Acoustik LT1920 two channel amp. It's 2-ohm stereo/4-ohm mono stable, RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 370W x 2. I've also got 2 Audiobahn 10 inch Flame Excursion subwoofers. They are both 4 ohm. I need help on how to wire all this together.

Would this be a great way to get the most from my amp?

No.  If your subwoofers are SVC woofers, you either need to connect one woofer to each amplifier channel, or wire the woofers in series to the bridged amplifier, not in parallel.

put one woofer to each channel.

That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.

So what if I got two 2 ohm subs, how exactly would I set this up? Parallel, series, or one to each channel? I want to be able to get every watt out of this amp, after all I paid for the amp and I want all the power I can get.

Just as Dyohn and arrow 12 mentioned.  Either way would give you the most power that amp can safely deliver.
