I suggest you start with your ground(s). However what size cable are you using and what size fuse did you use originally?

Also, what fuse is blowing?  In the amp?  In the power wire?  What size is it?

First, what fuse's are blowing. 2nd What size power wire?, 3rd Whats the fuse rating on each amp? , 4th how big is the fuse at the battery, 5th how big are the fuse's at your distrobution block.

Come back with those 5 answers and then we can get the ball rolling.

When you say it's burning a fues, is this happening the second you place the fuse in or is it after you play music for a while ? If it's happening the second you place the fuse it, you have a short to ground on the power wire. If it's happening after you play the music for a while, your 4 gauge wire is only rated up to 1400 RMS at 4 feet length. I imagine that the Civic's installation is in the trunk so your looking at at least 12 feet of power wire which should bring you up to a minimum of 2 gauge and you should be running approx. 200 amp circuit breaker.
