I suggest you start with your ground(s). However what size cable are you using and what size fuse did you use originally? -------------

First, what fuse's are blowing. 2nd What size power wire?, 3rd Whats the fuse rating on each amp? , 4th how big is the fuse at the battery, 5th how big are the fuse's at your distrobution block. Come back with those 5 answers and then we can get the ball rolling. ------------- 2003 Chevy Avalanche,Eclipse CD7000,Morel Elate 5,Adire Extremis,Alpine PDX-4.150, 15" TC-3000, 2 Alpine PDX-1.1000, 470Amp HO Alt.

When you say it's burning a fues, is this happening the second you place the fuse in or is it after you play music for a while ? If it's happening the second you place the fuse it, you have a short to ground on the power wire. If it's happening after you play the music for a while, your 4 gauge wire is only rated up to 1400 RMS at 4 feet length. I imagine that the Civic's installation is in the trunk so your looking at at least 12 feet of power wire which should bring you up to a minimum of 2 gauge and you should be running approx. 200 amp circuit breaker.
