I have an odd shaped ported enclosure(L-shape 1.80+ cu. ft internal volume). Will bracing each panel of the enclosure with 2"x2" triangular brace be enough? I'm planning to brace every side of each panel every 4 inches if applicable..

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but in general the more bracing the better.  The best thing to do is get braces in that connect all interior walls with one brace.  I have also seen exterior bracing used on odd shaped enclosures.

Triangular braces on every wall, not one brace on the interior walls.. do you think this is effective?

Triangular braces.  What is that?  Are you talking about little triangles to connect the two walls at a corner, or a long triangular piece that runs along the seam, or what?  In any case, yes it can be effective.  No it's not as affective as connecting opposite walls and top and bottom.
