Ok I have a jl audio 500/1.  I am going to get to 12"w3v2 but the thing is I love low bass but I want punch in it too(also I prefer sound quality).  So I  was think of putting one 12 in a big sealed b/x and the otehr in a portd box what do you guess think  do you guess have a better idea

also would poly fill give me lower bass in a sealed box oh and one more thin I am agianst bandpass boxes I think that they are cheating

Would not recommend running one sealed and one ported. From the description you give above I would go sealed. Use a 1 cu/ft enclosure, and as far as the poly fill goes it your low mid response will go up but it will hit a little tighter if your going to use it fill the enclosure 50 %.
