I'm buying 2-ALPINE SWR-1242D 12" Sub Type R X2 and i'm thinking 2- ALPINE MRD-M605 V12 Mono Car Amp Amplifiers would be sufficient for the subs. let me know what you think.

That will do the trick just fine. Get a custom ported box built for those subs and you will be very happy.
