I've looked on the site and can't seem to find manuals to their older products. Does anyone know where to find them?

No, I thought I'd see if they were available for download first. That's my next step, although I probably should've done that first.

I guess the xxk and the cxl's are basically the same. The tech guy sent me a xxk manual and said so if anyone else needed one, they're there.
