Curious, fuse holder on battery?

I found this pic on HzEmall.com and i was curious as to how safe this is. It looks like the fuse holder is screwed into the battery. I may not be seeing shhh, just wanted to know if this is ok to do. posted_image

Probably just really shallow screws.  I would just use industrial strength velcro (Walmart, craft section) or 3m mounting tape so if you decide to change anything up you won't have holes in the top of your yellow top.  Not to mention that I don't see how this person has the battery tied down.

The battery was bolded down similar to how GM batteries are bolted down.

I would never recommend drilling a battery, we however had a dead one there that we test drilled to see how thick the plastic was then used ground down screws.

Normally we will silicone a abs strip to the battery then attach the fuse holder to the abs.
