I'm in the process of replacing the door speakers in my Monte & was wondering if any of you have ever installed a component set in one.
They have a very small 4" stock speaker now.
I would love to put a pair of 6.5's but I doubt they would fit maybe 5.25's.
I want to try to stay away from cutting up my door panels ( I'm a newbie & would ruin them).
Any suggestions on brand size would be appreciated.

are you sure they are 4 inch? i could have sworn they are 5.25s. as far as brands ive always liked boston acoustics, infinity, an alpine.
