I have a 03 Silverado SS extended cab and Im looking for 12" sub for both sq and spl and it has to have a small enclosure cause I dont want to lose my back seat.

i would suggest a 12" soundstream van gogh . it fits your needs. www.soundstream.com if you can get to a soundstream dealer. take a listen for your self.
