So I have a question, anyone know about the VC2's?? Like 04's and 05's?

I was wanting to purchase the 04's but some say to go with 05's. I know the linear excursion on the 04's is a bit higher, 05 16mm, 04 18mm. So i'm not sure, I need some more guidence in my decison. All the help is appreciated!

I would prefer the aluminum cone of the older model myself as compared to the new models poly cone.

I bought a 10" 05 w/ the poly cone. I got it thinking it would be cheap sounding, and really more to see if I could get it into my Dakota CC. I installed it in my tool tray under the rear seat and powered it w/ a 250W Sherwood 2Ch.

Thing actaully hits great now that I put some poly-fill in the box. The price can't be beat either.

Dude that looks like a promo sub. I'm talking strike series VC2's. Anyways so anyone familiar with both of these?? I'm leaning to the 04's for the alum cones, and more excursion.
