did a vehicle with 4 12" and three amps,was functioning kewl and after a week came back,the amps are on or shud i say the leds are showing on but there is no sound coming out what can be the cause of this?

cud it be the rca cables?

Could be fried amps, fried speakers, bad connections or any number of things.  More info, please.  Was anything in the vehicle changed just before the system stopped working?  What are the make/models of the amps and speakers?  How do you have 4 speakers connected to 3 amps?  What is the line voltage at the amps?  What is the impedance load on each amp? Did all three amps fail at the same time?  Is there any other problem in teh vehicle?

3 amps, do you have amps the feed RCA from each other or splitters. The easy way is to run an external set of RCA to each amp and see if it fixes the problem.  Fried Amps can still show LED's.  However , the Radio Source can have output Problems as well.  Start there and see if it Helps
