Rate these from a 1 to a 3, 3 being best.  I'm trying to figure which one I should go with.  Thanks.

How about some model numbers specifically? Each company listed makes good and bad subs, just an over all list seems too broad.

Without the A-bahn and sony...not even worth the time.

How about this?

Kicker CompVR 05CVR122 12" subwoofer with dual 2-ohm voice coils

It depends on the ohm load you're looking for and how low of an impedence your amp can handle as to which voice coil configuration to get.  If you get dual 2-ohms, you can have a 4-ohm (series) or 1-ohm(parellel) load on the amp.  The 1-ohm will allow the amp to feed more power, but you will sacrifice some clarity.  The 4-ohm will allow the amp to feed less power into it, but will be more tight and accurate.

What I'm asking is are you wanting hardcore SPL, or SQ?

I would bridge the woofer to a 600 watt (peak power) amp.  That particular woofer has a peak load of 800 watts.  I'm pretty new to this stuff so would that be my best option?  And what do you mean by parellel and series load?  My amp has 2 channels.

Also, voice coils have nothing to do with bass right? PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong.

like i said before in your last post. never go by peak rating. what is the RMS  of your amp? peak is worthless it just used to bring in sales with huge numbers.  same goes with subs and speakers follow the RMS rating.

If out have a two channel amp than you are gonna wanna bridge that amp and hook the sub in series to get a 4 ohm load, most 2 channels will not run at one ohm loads and genereally thats an impedence saved for SPL competitors, street use is fairly few and far between. If you wanna know how to wire in series and parrell than look at the side bar of this page and click on "parrell and series" under the heading "car audio"

Those are pretty good subs. I have two of those getting 787wrms off a jbl amp and those things pound.
If I could, I would've got something with more sq. but those are some good subs.

I say go with kicker, mtx or alpine, something along those lines outta that list.  It all depends though, personally, if it were me, I would be buying something like elemental design, RE, JL or eclipse.

Try 2 alpine type S or one alpine Type r. You have a pretty small amp and i am assuming it isnt mono block. If you dont want aline go for a low end JL sub like thw 12W3 it meats your RMS wattage perfectly. JL is pretty pricy though in comparison to alpine.
