Guys,

Please help with this one- I want to install a Ford Factory navigation system into my 2005 F150 with Audiophile.  I want to remove the 6 CD double Din AudioPhile and install Ford Factory navigation out of 2004, 5, 06 ford Lincoln  that I can purchase on Ebay. I called Ford they said they Didn't know can anyone help me that may know if I can just plug and play and which model Ford Factory Nav unit would do it ? I see lots of them on Ebay with all types of connectors not sure about the 2005 F150 Audiophile plugs and such to do a remove and install of a nav unit.

thanks for any help

SC

I don't think it be as simple as plug-and-play.  Factory nav is going to need a factory nav antenna somewhere.  Your best bet is to either upgrade everything, and install an nav with the new system you put in, or use a stand alone nav unit.
