Hi there.  I'm new to these forums but I have a quick question.  I wired up part of my amp like 10 mins ago.  But I don't have it completely done yet.  I got the amp all wired and stuff.  But I grounded the wire first.  Then connected it to the amp.  Nothing happened.  Then I did the remote wire.  Nothing happened.  Then I connected the power wire.  And it made a little spark.  I don't know if I zapped something or anything.  The power or remote wire aren't connected to anything though.  So is it likely I zapped something??  Thanks.

Thats usually normal when hooking up a new amp or one thats been sitting for a while, the internals at first draw alot of power to energize back up.  No harm should have been done.
