My girlfriend really likes my system: Eclipse SW9122 (12" titanium) powered by a JBL 1200.1BP in a 1.0cuft box.  It hits low but is still tight maintains its responsiveness.

She wants people to get into her car and be impressed - but she is on a budget (rather I am on a budget, since I am buying it)

Anyways, what sub do you guys recommend that doesnt require a lot of power to drive?  Running a lower powered amp will really help save money.

My first thought was an Infinity Kappa Perfect

Let me know!   Thanks!!

I've heard plenty of good things about the Infinity Kappa Perfects.  I looked at them because of their SQ.  I got a bigger budget now, but if I wouldn't have I would still be looking at those subs.  They aren't the loudest in the world though.  If you want really loud you should look somewhere else, but the Infinity offers good SQ.

That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.
