I was looking over the Free Demos they were having. And I saw they have demos on "Liquid Ice" and "Flock". Anyone know what the EFF they are talking about?
And if anyone wants to meet up with a fellow the12volt.com member at CES let me know.

Sadly, Dave will not be making the pilgrimage to the Mecca of Audio. Time for a break. I have been making the effort to get there for 16 years in a row, now, and have only missed one... This time I will not be missing it, I simply won't be going. I need a break... Love to get there and meet more people from this forum, just can't do it this year.

Liquid ice is most likely liquid acrylic like what is used with carbon fiber and flock is where an adhesive is applied and then little micro fibers are dusted over it for a velvet look. I use it for the inside of jewelry boxes. I wish I could go to CES but college interferes so maybe next year. ------------- Good Luck!

I have a pass, transportation, money (sort of) so if nothing gets in my way other wise (scholastic) I'm there! Drinks are always good, but better if some one else is buying them We should confirm our presence soon, then communicate on meeting. There really should be a 12volt gathering. I tried to set one up recently with some others but they failed. I wouldn't think of mentioning any names (haem and David). -------------

I am sorry, I never did get to the bay area, but I PROMISE, the next time I get there, you and Dave will be the fir... second ones to know. (I'll HAVE to tell my brother I'm showing up, else where will I stay?)

I am considering it, but I might be changing shifts at my new job in the next few weeks. so I dont know if it will line up right, If it does I am sure I might come out, I already have passes and travel covered, frequent flyer miles I havent used up.

I'll buy the first round or maybe we can let Alpine do it at their cocktail party! I'm getting in at about 3:00 PM on Thursday and leaving Sunday morning. I'll be at the Tropicana.

You have to be employed by somebody in the industry. Retailer, manufacturer, publication.....

I should be there on saturday and sunday(Was supposed to be there tuesday but someone has to man the fort). So if you guys wanna come meet me at the booth. We'll be at the sands.
