I'm thinking about picking up this line. Any input as far as reliability, dealer support, programs and over all quality would be appreciated.

Call Trans-Lex in Bako. I'll let the owner know you are going to call him. PM me, and I'll get you the contact name and phone number... He'll give you the skinny, and I bet your Eclipse rep will probably be the same as his, so that'll give you an idea of the rep support as well...
From a user's point of view, the support has been VERY good, both from the manufacturer side AND the dealer side (of course, my dealer is a friend of mine...) The quality seems to be some of the far and away better quality products of today. My 8051 is STILL running, and it's like, I wanna say, 6 years old now... The amps are built like tanks, and finished like jewelry... The new decks sound incredible... good stuff.
------------- It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

No issues or complaints about Eclipse can be had from my store. Support has been great, pricing has been great and very little if any warranty issues. Mind you we Canadians also do not deal direct with Eclipse, we deal with a distributor.
------------- Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
