Okay, my 2 channel Audiobahn amp's manual says that it produces 400watts rms (200 per each channel) at 4 ohms. The subs are Cerwin Vega V-Max 12's, SVC 4 ohm. Right now, I have each sub wired to its own channel. My question is, how do I wire the subs to the amp so that it is bridged? because the amp will priduce 560watts rms bridged.

Look at the amp, where you have the speaker wires connected to it, if you don't have the manual for the amp. It should tell you which way to connect the wires. Both negative from the subs go to one channel on the amp, and both positive from the subs go to the other channel, usually.

Its the A2801T. On the amp, on the speaker terminals, its says "bridged" and has lines drawn to the two outside posts. Would that mean that I would wire the two inner wires to the amp and then the two outer wires to each other?

Your amp is marked to use the outer most speaker connection points when bridging (see page 20 of your owner's manual.) It is rated for no less than 4-ohms when bridged (see page 5 of your owner's manual.) You will not gain any power increase with your speakers since you'd have to wire them for 8-ohms to bridge, and this will result in the same net effect you have now. ------------- Support the12volt.com

No, it means you use the two outer connections for the speaker and leave the inner ones empty. See page 20 of your owner's manual. ------------- Support the12volt.com
