Customer wants to put the elcipse double din radio into a 2000 silverado ....i was wondering if anyone knows if a dash piece from a 2004 silverado will fit onto the dash of the 2000 silverado.

It won't go right in- the a/c controls won't line up. If you have one you may see how difficult it is to move the controls, or modify the original dash piece.
