A BMW dealer may be a good place to start.

the bmw dealer is the place that told her they basically couldnt help her.i guess what i was asking is if anyone knows of any business that deal striclty with replacement/repair of factory radios. i found one that wants $165 to fix the radio , which still works , it just has a cassete tape jamed in it.
