Is there a special sound loudness chart for car audio? Something like for how many hours you can listen to XXXDB's and not got any pernament ear damage.

That will never happen. Psychologically, you may THINK you are reducing the output of your system, but the hearing loss will be masking the fact that you are continually raising the level... and doing further damage to your ears.
