well...infinity makes a couple amps that will run those...the 611A and 1211A mono amps. they should do the trick and even better if you want to stay all infinity..either that or look at JBL's gto601.1 (this amp should be all you need) but if you'd like a little more JBLs gto 1201.1 mono amp will be over kill

If money isn't a problem, then why are you using Reference subwoofers?  Just a question.  You should look into a better woofer IMO.  It seems like you want SPL so why don't you look into Kicker?  But from what i hear those Infinitys are good for the price.

Pretty much any reputable company that makes an amp that produces the power needed.  Are those subs SVC or DVC?  If DVC, then what is the coil impedance?

JBL amps are great.

People seem to really like JL Audio amps as well, but I currently run JBL.

You can use any good quality amp you want to up to the total RMS value of the subs (600 watts) into the total impedence load you have them wired.

What load are you going to give the amp?  I am looking into getting a Phoenix Gold amp too.  I'd recommend them.  Why do you need that much power into 2 300 watt subs?  Is that the max or RMS?  You could get away with a lot less RMS.
