ok right now ive got a 350amp inline fuse from my battery under the hood. I wanted to know sinc ei was running another battery in the back of my car should i run another inline fuse after the second battery? or should i run the fuse i have now after the second battery and not between the first and second batteries? Thankyou

You want to fuse (or use a circuit breaker) within 18" of each battery.  If the wire shorts in the middle, you have to have protection (a fuse) near both batteries.

You should fuse every input/output going into the positive terminal of any battery within 18 inches. Including if you add a second one in the trunk.

what the hell do you have in your car that is causing a 350 amp draw?

i hope you have a high output alternator too.
