I have a Soundstram Van Gough 5 ch amp, 5X7 Db Drive Coaxals in the rear doors and Db Drive seperates (5X7 and tweets) in the front doors, plust a 10" JL Audio sub in a Sport Trac. As of yesterday my right door speaker (5X7 woofer) sounded like it was vibrating when I played a CD with some bass. The amp channels running the door speakers are set to "full" with the fronts using a passive X-over. I don't kow what the freq spilt is but would it be better if I used the HPF filter on the amp to run the front door speakers through the passive x-over to eliminate the rattle? Could I have blown the speaker or possibly ready to go bad? Should I also set the rear speakers using the HPF on amp as well?

Yes, definitely use the crossovers in the amp and set them to HP on the front and rear channels. Yes you could easily have blown the woofer in the door speaker. The passive crossover is a LP / HP usually set around the 2500hz mark, so the mid is still seeing the damaging bottom end as it was not cut off by having the amp's crossover set to full.
