I havn't been on this forum in quite some time, or in the car audio scene in a while. I just got back from serving overseas. My brother bought a 2004 blazer and wants to upgrade the speakers without spending too much money and without subs but he wants good sound with a low end feel. I need suggestions on what can provide this or if this is even possible. I am unfamiliar with what is out and what is good nowadays. Thanks in advance.

do you know the speaker sizes you guys are looking for? Do you plan to run an amp to any aftermarket speakers you are getting? Or do you plan to just run them off the head unit - which is stock? or aftermarket as well?

I am planning on putting an aftermarket head unit it, but i dont plan to run the speakers off of that. I am going to run an amp. I believe there are 6 speakrs, pairs of 4x6, 6.25 and 5.25 i believe. sorry for not including that before
