i got a used pioneer gex-p900xm tuner i pulled on the power cord and the ground wire came out. the plug has 4 holes in it the 12volt is in the far left if looking at it I need to know which hole the groung wire goes into. it still has the metal conector on it and will silde back in but i just dont know which hole to put it in. thanks in advance

You can just ground the chassis of the radio to chassis ground of the vehicle. This will get the radio to turn on.
