Can a 1992 premium cd player possibly be wired to a mach 460 amps and speakers in a f-150?

You need the outputs of the Mach 460 HU in order to control the amplifiers. If there back of the premium system doesn't have all the necessary plugs in the back, then it can not be done by plug & play. This doesn't mean that you can't do it with a custom installation, but it may take too long to do this.
