I have a 8 gauge wire kit, and im about to geta kenwood kac-9152d, 900 rms @2ohm. And i kno i wont get 900 rms with 8 gauge, and they recomend 4 gauge, but will the amp still work ok with 8? Will the amp turn off or n e thing like that?

Yeah it will work but I mean it recomends 4 guage so why not jsu got with 4 guage? If thats what it says then thats what I would do tho you wont have any problems with 8 guage except for the factthe amps not getting the amount of power it calls for.
