does anyone know where you can buy those internal wireing thing that go on the side of the boxes or could i just drill holes so i can get the wires through then like seal it with caulk or silicon?

Terminal cups- I believe parts express has them, but yeah, you can just drill a hole and seal it back up with caulk or silicone.
