dodge ram 2500 2002

was using digital voltmeter grounded meter to stereo harness ground wire.

touched positve end of meter to pink wire on harness, it sparked a little, after that when factory deck pluged back in it won't work. checked all fuses all good.

is there any other fuses other then the fuses drivers side under hood and drivers side dash

I'm a little lost how you got a spark- what did you have the meter set to- amperage?  If that's the case, then, yes, you blew a fuse- check them again- use a meter if you have to.  Make sure you set the meter on voltage, and that the test leads are plugged into the proper ports on the meter.
