Currently i have two RE se 12"s in seperate 1ft^3 sealed enclosures. But i drive an 02 ext cab silverado and want to keep my backseat, so there is no room to put them anywhere! I'm looking for something of equal volume and sq. Im considering 4, 5, or 6, RE re8s, but im not sure if they'll give me the low end im looking for. or maybe 2 se 10"s. but i need some help fast! PLEASE

I would do 10's before 8's any day. I havent found many 8" subs that have any low end and output capabilities that Ive been satisfied with as a SUB.

I dont usually advocate this but I have used the kicker L7 8's before and got really satisfying results with them. I would mabye look at them

i have heard the 8" l7 in a vented probox and wow that little thing rocked, but musically, it was poor. Do they sound good sealed? or can a different vented enclosure be built that will flatten the response?

yeah the l7 eights i worked with a lot and they sound good sealed, they can get a good low end and dont' need much air volume.  infact thats about the only kicker product i like is the l7 8.
