I have an 03 Lincoln Navigator with an in-dash 6 disc CD changer.  The display says that I have a CD error.  What does this mean and how do I fix?

Your kidding, a factory Ford CD changer that wont work. Never saw that before! Seriously, that is very common for those radios to go bad. You will have to get it repaired by Ford or any one who works on Ford radios.

This is the 3rd problem I've had with it.  The last time they told me they replaced it....now I'm over my 50K warranty.  Since I had problems in the past should it still be covered??

You may still have a leg to stand on because of your previous problems, so be sure to ask.  Just explain the situation in a calm manner, and see if you can work something out.

You might also look into this: https://www.soundgate.com/index.php?request=category.index&categoryid=156&snd_SID=7c1c8e28b52a14d45baa33ecf

Those interfaces will allow you to add an aftermarket changer to your factory stereo.  Just look up your vehicle.
