I need the equations nessary to design a transmission line box for a 8 inch L7. If anyone has them and can put them up that would be greatly appretiated

There are no simple formulae for TL designs. This page might give you some of the background to understand why, and THIS site is one of the best resources on the web. The best bet is to use one of the many calculators around the web, like this one.
