I've just installed a full system in my 1996 cutlass supreme. I have Infinity kappa speakers in the front and rear. Kicker resolution tweeters in the front. 2 MA Audio 12's in a sealed box. I have an Alpine DC Straight on the fronts, an Autotek SX275 on the rears and an Orion 600D on the subs and an Autotek 3-way crossover. When I put the volume on about 24, the headunit clips in and out. I dont know what it can be. My dad said it might be my gain settings. I have a volt meter but I dont know how to use it to check the gains. Please help

Could be gains (do a search on this forum for setting gain) could be you are overloading your front stage amp (why did you add tweeters to the Kappas  The new Kappas are 2-ohm impedance so adding a tweet in parallel will place less than a 2-ohm load on your amp, not good) or it could simply be that your vehicle's electrical system cannot produce enough power for the load.
