Ok I finally finished a ported truck box for my friends 12 W3. It was basically built to JL's specs for a ported box. My dad and I had to cut almost everything with a circular saw or jigsaw so some of the cuts were a little off... I still think it turned out great though. Once carpet was put on it covered up the few flaws in it.

It sounds pretty good in the truck. The lows arn't too bad and it can get decently loud. It barely fits though, and the sub is almost touching the back of the drivers seat (I had to flush mount the sub to take off a little extra depth). It's being power by the bridged rear channels of a kenwood 4 channel amp so it's only getting about 150 watts RMS or so. It still vibrates the drivers seat enough to where you can see the cushion moving though. :D

Looks good, the front baffle really makes a difference aesthetically.
