I've had my Panasonic stereo installed for little over a year now, never had a problem.
Lately theres some crazy shhh going on with my electrical system as far as Aftermarket Tach & Alarm system and now my stereo.

Washed the car lastweek the stereo turns on fine but no sound...   next day the stereo turns on and has sound but shuts it self off (little Goodbye screen appears not just a power loss).    Now when it turns on and off the speakers POP but runs fine otherwise.

Thoughts?
of course this is out of warrenty.

Sounds like you have electrical system issues with the car and the stereo is simply showing the symptoms.  Take it in to an mechanic or electrical shop and get the electrical system tested.

Thats what makes no sence... all of my Aftermarket parts are going crazy, while all of the stock electronics are perfectly fine.

What will they "test" as far as the electrical system?

How are the "aftermarket" items powered?  Do they share a ground?  Do they share a power system?  Sounds like you've either fried something, or something is badly corroded, or you have loose connections.  Or your electrical system is dying.

Stereo is run though the regular stock stereo wires... Tach is tapped off of the gauge cluster power... alarm is powered straight from the battery and grounded under the dash onto the firewall.
They are all diffrent connections, nothing is tapped to one another. But the all the stock stuff is running fine.

Makes no sence.

Like I said, sounds like it is time for a trip to the shop.  Or rip everything out and re-install.

Rapture, you're going to have to start a process of isolating and testing.  There's no way a broad problem like this can be pinpointed in cyberspace.  Start with the speaker wiring or whatever component you wish, and isolate/disconnect from the system until you find the source of the problem.  Test all wiring for shorts with a meter as you go through.

For example, if you were going to isolate the speakers you would gain access to them and disconnect the factory wiring.  Then you'd connect with temporary new speaker wire directly to the amp (...and please don't ask how these might be the source of the problem.  You just have to eliminate everything that is acting up as the possible culprit.)

It's just a suggestion for a start if you want to tackle this yourself.  Depending on your skill level, it might take some time and result in a complete removal anyway.  But a skilled tech will have some procedures he would do first before removing anything, like testing the vehicle electrical system.

yes this is very difficult to do because these problems only occur when the temps are freezing.
Right now it's about 40F today and everything is working normaly (even the radio has no Popping).

I dont see why the weather is screwing everything up.

It's called thermal expansion and contraction.  Most likely cause is loose connection(s), corroded connection(s), or faulty equipment.  Hmm, didn't someone say that already?

your grounds should be a starting point. all of them. the vechiles grd under the hood , body grd, engine to chassis grd. obvisously you have a voltage drop somewhere from the percipitation of the weather and causing what ever has a bad connection to act up. if it's cold when it does it and still does it when the cabin of the car is warm, i would go under the hood first. but could still be in the car.

go for the grounds first. all of them even inside your car. then down the ladder of trail and error you go. if the grounds didn't solve it. good luck
