yeah kind of. I pulled the bottom off and there is a bunch of stuff under there but I don't see the amp.Know din cable seems to run down the side of the center console and to the rear.I have pulled the rear panels out but I don't see it there either.

I think I've worked on a few older jags without amps- see if you can pop the speakers behind the deck.
