This sub could probably do the trick.

I would go with a Kicker Solo X 18, Rockford Fosgate Team RF's, DD audio, and there's more.

Kinda depends on the type of bass you want, how much you can spend, and power from your amp. I am pro-Power Acoustik (Mofo, FX, Fubar, KSW, and BL)

Best sub is like What is the best shoe. Nike, Reebok, Lugz. Its all preference.

I am running 6) KSW 10" 's with 1) a2400db (Power Acoustik) 1800 watts rms @ 1 ohm. With 3 different box designs, db has been 146 to 152. So pick a brand that you are comfortable with.

I am gonna take his question as litteraly as possible. ibetuwin here is the jackhammer https://www.mtxaudio.com/caraudio/products/subwoofers/jackHammer.cfm it is a 22" sub woofer its wieghts 368 pounds, 23" long, 6,000w rms and 12,000 peak.

Now in all seriousness there is alot of loud subs there. another one that was not suggested is the alphasonik mayhem 900 series here is the specs.

PSW912 - Dual Ohm Subwoofer
12” ALPHA MAYHEM 900 SERIES SUBWOOFER
• Cast Aluminum Machine Cut “Alpha” Basket
• Motor Assembly Heat Sink
• Ultra Light 2-Layer Carbon Fiber, Kevlar® Cone with Aluminum Dust Cap
• TLTF J-Surround
• Flat Progressive Rate Nomex® Damper with Spiral-Woven Leads
• 8-Gauge Lug-Lock Input & Output Terminals
• Rated at 2200 Watts RMS
• 93dB Efficiency
• Frequency Response of 45Hz to 900Hz
• 200 oz. Triple-Stacked Magnet
• Dual 2-ohm 3” Voice Coils
• Mounting Dimensions —
Depth: 11 3/8”
Through Hole: 10 3/4”
Diameter: 11 1/4"

I Believe they come in different sizes then 12"

THERE IS NOT BEST SUB i listed good subs for spl! Hard to beleive that loudest vechile has pioneer subs. But also remember two solo x 18's hit over 170+ db's. So in my book bad ass sub.

i doubt they the solo x's hit much over 170....

The executioner isn't that impressive...........

My 1 15" DD can do a 150db in a so-so quickie install...

Check out termpro.com... Alan Dante hit a 176.0 in extreme with one 9917b, and 1 amp at a db drag sanctioned event. Thats' a 1500 dollar sub give or take, but I'd pay 10,000 dollars for 1 sub if I could hit a 176 with it. No other single sub on the market (not even the MTX jackhammer!) can even come close to that kind of spl. That's not even DDs' top of the line sub. They just released the 9917z series. If you can afford the 5,000 dollar pricetag, you can have a world record in whatever organization you run in with the right power going to this beast.

DD rules!!!!

1st, check the spelling/grammar of who posts... usually tells you what kind of sound they are into....

not dissing anyone BTW!

i think JL or Kicker Comps are decent subs for hard bass, again, what are you gonna supply the bumps?

you can have the baddest speakers out ther, but they wont do $h*t off off 50watts on your head unit...

BTW, if you have a "hardest hitting amp", most speakers will hit hard, and sound good

It seems to me that if you're going to joke about someone's spelling and grammar, you should spell check you own post before you submit it... Or is that what kind of sound you're "in to"?   Sure, a "hardest hitting" amp will make even cheap subs sound good, usually for a few seconds anyway. That tends to be when you start smelling burnt subs and wondering where all that wonderful smoke is coming from! I do admit, I'm not really an sq person. SPL is my game, and I play it very well. I'm not "dissin" anyone BTW. LOL

Oh yeah, before I go.  If repetitive posts bother you so bad hominichl, why even bother replying?

Audio-bah subs hit pretty hard when you drop them off a five story building.  I bet they'd hit even harder if you have access to a taller building's roof.

I'd pit my money on the new RE XXX or the Incriminator Audio Warden. I've heard the new XXX has 5" of xmax, thats a lot of xmax.

If you want the best subwoofer in the world (SQ and SPL) then you need either a diamond audio d9 15 or JL audio 13.5. These have been tested and have proven themselves many times. dont go for some crappy sounding audiobahn or kicker or some other no name brand. you want the best these are the BEST!

The Jackhammer hasnt been tested in competition yet so thats a bad statement to make. Also what is the rules for Extreme class in DB drag and is that outlaw style?

db drag runs everything on the winshield in legal postition, and the extream class about anything goes.....concrete, modified roof and floor lines, but there is a minimum space....

this is one sick vehicle I have witnessed it myself

You cant go wrong with digital designs. I run one dd3510d in my integra with just under 2000watts rms and although I haven't had the opportunity to get it metered yet the only complaint that I have had since I put it in was to turn it down.posted_image I spent a couple months researching different companies and ended up going with dd for a couple reasons: one being all american design and parts, another is there excellent customer service, and thirdly their attention to detail. Off hand I would guess that I am hitting mid 140db with this setup, and honestly I wouldnt want it any louder. Another thing to remember is that it is also largely dependant on the quality of the installation. That includes deadening, enclosure design, power available, component selection, along with many other variables. Good luck in your search.
