Hi,

I am looking to carry a Sirius Radio Receiever with car kit and am not sure which is a good brand?

I was interested in SIR0020 - MOBILE SIRIUS RADIO W/ CAR KIT made by Star Mate

Any options?

Thanks

DEI makes 2 great pieces, the Sportster and the Starmate, both have pause and replay functions, large easily readable displays, and portability from car to home/office. DEI also makes the new S50 which has a really cool black design, allows you to record music/shows and listen to them later, totally portable.

agreed, I really like my DEI starmate. My girflriend got one too, she takes it to work and plugs headphones right into it. It's a lot smaller then the first genertion ones we used and it doesn't get very hot, or so it seems. Nice and light and easy to mount.

i work at best buy and we sell that shhh like candy. the only bad thing about the S-50 is that its not sirius portable. in order to listen to it portable is that yo uhave to record the music you listened to in the car or home. its a pretty big memory it has a 50 hours internal hard drive which you can put MP3's on it or live siruis music but thats the only way you can make it portable. but with the sportster and the starmate is that they have rplay wich you can fastworward or rewind or pause live siruis music up to 44 mins. and id suggest the sportster b/c they sell more acc. for it like the boom box and ect.. rather then the startmate wich they onyl see a home kit for that.
